During the 2006/2007 season anonymous testers turned their attention to the 4-Berge Ski-Schaukel Schladming-Dachstein. The results speak for themselves. The Reiteralm received the highest results in a number of categories. In the especially relevant area of “Piste-upkeep, preparation, barriers, Snowboard” the famous ski resort was the only test candidate to receive 6 points (on a scale of 1-6).
The Reiteralm also convinced the anonymous testers in categories such as snow canons, world-cup pistes and the friendliness of the staff. The ski-resorts Hauser Kaibling, Planai und Hochwurzen showed great strength in a number of categories of the ski-area-test as well. These outstanding results are well-earned recognition that Schladming is a top-skiing region, offering the highest standards when it comes to ski-sport.
The international skiing-region tests of the ski-area-test teams have become a fixed benchmark of the ski-lift economy in the Alpine regions over the last 15 years. Every winter season 220 experienced anonymous experts from various areas go about their business of testing 20-30 skiing regions. The following areas are tested:

This was only achieved through obtaining outstanding results in all the categories tested. A total of 206 cable car businesses in Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia and France have been tested so far by the ski-area test team.
